After one of the women “decided” to pass gas, Allen told her to leave his residence. Then she reportedly punched him in the face.
When Helena (Mont.) City Police officers responded to post-midnight assault complaint, they happened upon a wee bit more than they bargained for.
Anthony Allen, 33, had picked up two woman at a bar Friday night and brought them back to his apartment, Cpl. Kevin Carlson told The Independent Record in Helena, Mont.
After one of the women “decided” to pass gas, Allen told her to leave his residence, Carlson said.
Bad move. The woman reportedly punched Allen in the face, after which he called police around 1 a.m. Saturday to report the assault.
However, after officers arrived at Allen’s apartment, they probably became less concerned about the punch to his kisser than the evidence they spotted of marijuana and pipes on the premises.
Allen was charged with misdemeanor possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
No report on the condition of his face or the whereabouts of his companions.
