Police in North Carolina have received some unsuspecting help identifying a woman they say attempted to cash a fraudulent check.
According to WSOC-TV, the suspect tried to pass a stolen check at a Lincoln County People's bank. The teller rejected it and the woman stormed out.

However, she left behind her Ohio driver's license, bearing the name Danielle Carson, WSOC-TV reported.
According to police, the photo on the ID matches the banks surveillance footage.
Now, detectives are seeking the public's help locating the woman, who may be driving a late silver Chevorlet Impala or Malibu.
