Putin denies they're his troops.

On Tuesday, the big news of the day was what happened when a group of Ukrainian soldiers decided to talk with a group of what's being described as troops loyal to Russia (although many have called them "Russian troops," Putin had denied it) in Crimea.

Things got tense, and the Russian side fired warning shots at one point. You can watch it unfold below:
