Malaysia Airlines Flight MH192 Lands Safely After Equipment Malfunction Forced Emergency Landing

UPDATE — 2:09 p.m. ET: Malaysia Airlines says flight MH192 has landed safety:

Malaysia Airlines announced on Facebook Sunday that one of their flights will be making an emergency landing in Kuala Lumpur after the aircraft's landing gear malfunctioned during takeoff.

The airline, infamously known for losing contact weeks ago with flight MH370, said they are working with "Airport Fire Rescue Services (AFRS) in anticipation of the landing."

The flight was bound for Bangalore and scheduled to arrive at 11:35 p.m. local time.
