Piers Morgan Has a Theory on Who Should Be Time's 'Person of the Year' — Do You Agree?
December 09, 2014
Time magazine has announced the eight finalists for its 2014 "Person of the Year."
The short list includes:
- The Ferguson protesters
- The Ebola caregivers
- Russian President Vladimir Putin
- Taylor Swift
- Jack Ma, the CEO of Alibaba — China's massive e-commerce company
- Apple CEO Tim Cook
- NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell
- Masoud Barzani (if his name is unfamiliar to you, Barzani is the current president of the Kurdish region of Iraqi)
On Monday, former CNN host Piers Morgan appeared on NBC's "Today" show where he told Matt Lauer he believes the protesters from Ferguson should be given Time's "Person of the Year" distinction.
He doubled down on that assertion later on Fox News' The Kelly File.
TheBlaze would like to know: Who do you think will be Time's "Person of the Year"?
