January 22, 2015
"I opened the top of the lid and saw..."
A woman in the U.K. received an unpleasant surprise when she recently opened up a can of tuna.
Speaking to the Nottingham Post, 28-year-old Zoe Butler said she immediately spotted a strange sea creature that was completely "out of place."

"I opened the top of the lid and saw a purply thing, a gut sack or intestine – then I turned it round and pushed it with a fork and saw it looking back at me," she said. "It's got like a spiny tail along the bottom – it's quite grim."
"I dropped the fork, jumped back, screamed a bit and shouted for my nan to come and have a look," the mother of two added.

Butler has since complained to the company, holding on to the dead creature as evidence.
"We were contacted by Mrs Butler and immediately responded to apologise. We are arranging for her to send us the product so that we can look into this matter fully," a spokesman for Princes told the Nottingham Post.
