Mario Draghi, the president of the European Central Bank, was in the middle of a news conference when a woman rushed him, jumped on his table and started flinging papers.

The woman's T-shirt read, "End the ECB Dick-tatorship."

She yelled about ending the ECB and was quickly tackled by security while photographers rushed to capture the moment.
