A Georgia woman who allegedly stripped off her clothes and went on a wild rampage through a Waffle House restaurant Friday is facing charges for simple assault, simple battery, aggravated battery, criminal damage to property, obstruction and public indecency.
It still remains unclear what exactly may have set off Marietta woman Jennifer Nicholson at the Kennesaw Waffle House on George Busbee Parkway around 10:30 p.m. that day, but the restaurant's patrons were shocked when Nicholson stripped completely naked and began a violent rampage, according to the New York Daily News.
“The accused stripped all of her clothes off in front of Waffle House staff and patrons during a suspected excited delirium state,” read her arrest warrant, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
During her apparent delirium, Nicholson allegedly proceeded to smash a window, chuck plates at a window and at restaurant patrons and punch a woman in the face, breaking her nose, WGCL-TV reported. When police officers were called to the scene and attempted to subdue the wild woman, Nicholson allegely engaged in an altercation with them, scratching one of the officers. She is being held currently without bond in the Cobb Jail.
