Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) responded to the news that Michael Bloomberg was considering a presidential bid, saying the former New York City mayor does not respect the Second Amendment and likely would fail to get a lot of votes.
"Another gun control advocate who doesn't have much respect for he Bill of the Rights in the race, but we already have Hillary Clinton and Sanders who don't have any respect for the Second Amendment either," Paul said, describing Bloomberg.
"I am not sure he would get a whole lot of votes really," he added. "I don't know that what he offers is really that distinctive."
