See what Ann Coulter says when asked if she would like to 'steal this election

"If you could..."

Comedian Bill Maher, host of HBO's "Real Time," sparred with right-wing commentator Ann Coulter on several issues — mostly immigration — but there was one particularly interesting question he asked, given Donald Trump's steady slip in the polls.

"If you could," Maher asked Friday night, "would you steal this election? Is it that bad, that you'd justify stealing?"

Without missing a beat, Coulter shot back, "We don't steal elections. Your party does."

Maher, for his part, just laughed off the jab.

Earlier in their conversation, the HBO host asked the "In Trump We Trust" author what she thinks of the several allegations of sexual assault leveled against the Republican presidential nominee. Coulter, of course, said none of them are true but are instead part of a coordinated media attack against Trump.

"No one is voting for Donald Trump because of his character and personality," she admitted.

Then Maher posed this question: "If a tape of Obama had come out at some point during his presidency where he said, ‘Hey, Freddie give me a Tic Tac ’cause I’m thinking about kissing a woman I’ve never met,’ would there be any kind of outcry on the right?"

Coulter suggested she wouldn't believe anything caught on a hot mic "if it’s right before an election," even if it was President Barack Obama, who she vehemently opposes. Naturally, Maher didn't believe her answer.
