Video: Brutal, bloody train fight abruptly ends in the most unexpected way
February 02, 2018
A Sydney, Australia, train fight that left at least one of the participants bloodied ended in the most bizarre way ever: a hug.
Wait, what?
A viral video, reportedly filmed Thursday, shows a man wearing a tank top hovering over a seated passenger and berating him. The dialog for much of the video is unintelligible.
It's unclear how long the argument went on prior to another passenger breaking out a cellphone to film, but just prior to the video's one-minute mark, the seated man — who is dressed in business casual attire — gets up from his seat and begins pummeling the man who was shouting at him just moments prior.
As the fight escalates, the two throw punch after punch at one another, and the scuffle spills out into the aisle and into other vacant seats.
During the fight, another passenger can be overheard suggesting that someone call the police.
The physical aspect of the fight continues for at least 30 seconds, and abruptly stops when both men end up on opposite sides of the aisle.
The man dressed in business casual can be heard saying, "Look you had a crack at me first. This is not how I intended my night to go."
"I’m trying to get home," he adds. "If you don’t mean it, I don’t mean it."
All is apparently forgiven, because the two men lock together in a lengthy embrace as other passengers on the train say "Aww!" and begin laughing.
Guess there's still hope left for humanity?
