He gets ride from motorist, then pulls a gun. But motorist turns the tables — and in bloody fashion.

Police in Hanford, California, said a motorist picked up Juvencio Islas and three other people and gave them a ride to a Walgreens on Sunday afternoon, the Fresno Bee reported.

Once they reached their destination, all the passengers exited the vehicle — except for Islas, the paper said.

But he wasn't sticking around to thank the driver for his kindness.

What happened next?

No, Islas instead pulled a loaded revolver in a carjacking attempt, the Bee reported.

However, the victim had no intention of enduring the stickup without a fight.

Indeed the motorist told cops who arrived at the scene that he punched Islas and managed to take his gun away, the paper said.

Who had blood on his face?

The gun was turned over to officers who searched the area, and sure enough police found Islas not long afterward walking from the scene — and with blood on his face, KMPH-TV reported.

Police detained Islas, 29, and gave him medical treatment until he was taken to a hospital, the Bee said. Islas was then taken to jail, KMPH said. He was booked on suspicion of carjacking, the paper reported.
