Comedians publicly harass Fox News' Brian Kilmeade - they didn't expect this blowback

Two liberal comedians thought it would be fun to publicly harass "Fox & Friends" host Brian Kilmeade, but they're facing a barrage of blowback from social media.

'It’s outrageous, sick and dangerous.'

Kilmeade's Fox News colleague Janice Dean revealed that he had been targeted for harassment on Saturday from her social media account.

"My friend [Brian Kilmeade] was harassed in the nyc subway yesterday," she tweeted. "He is one of the nicest people I know."

"Where do we draw the line? Why do people think they’re above the law?" she asked. "Can you imagine if this was a @CNN or @MSNBC host or a woman? It’s outrageous, sick and dangerous."

Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly responded: "Totally agree - @kilmeade is one of the nicest guys in this industry. A great dad, friend and anchor. Just please stop."

Later, the liberal comedians proudly posted a video of their harassment of the Fox News host on the subway.

In the video, they get in Kilmeade's face, follow him to the subway train, and announce to people that he says "racisty" things on Fox News, without providing examples or evidence to what they were referring.

“This is the closest personal adviser to Donald Trump, the ‘Fox & Friends’ host Brian Kilmeade," Jason Selvig yells. "If you have anything you want Donald Trump to say or do, tell this guy, 'cause he’s the only person in America that Donald Trump listens to.”

Their harassment encourages others on the train to call Kilmeade a "traitor" and yell "he should go to hell!"

Here's the video of their harassment:

'Hate, intolerance, and utter lack of basic human decency'

The comedians, Selvig and Davram Stiefler, posted their harassment on their YouTube channel, but eventually took it down on Sunday after the social media response. Also, it appears Selvig made his Twitter account private so that only his followers could read his tweets, and Stiefler deleted his account altogether.

"Keep it up leftist loons," responded Mike Huckabee. "Your hate, intolerance, and utter lack of basic human decency and common courtesy toward a truly good guy like @kilmeade and his classy response gives America a clear choice."
