Doc Thompson laments Rand Paul's missed presidential opportunity

On this episode of "The Morning Blaze," Doc Thompson reacts to Senator Rand Paul's (R-KY) recent statements about Obamacare. Paul warned that if Obamacare is only partially repealed, the law will do even more damage. Therefore, Republicans need to take advantage of their impending congressional majority — and Trump's presidency — to fully repeal and replace Obama's healthcare initiative.

Doc reacts to the Kentucky senator's comments and expressed his dismay that Paul wasn't a stronger presidential challenger.

"Rand Paul should've been one of the front-runners. He should've been on of the contenders, the last two or three people standing, if not gotten the nomination and elected president," Doc opines. "Rand Paul could be president-elect right now. He could've, with his ideas and what the country wants. But he just couldn't explain his message. He couldn't get it out there."
