On Monday's radio program, Pat Gray and Keith Malinak reacted to Democratic presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke telling CNN's Jake Tapper that he would not repeal the law that criminalized illegal entry into the U.S.

In this clip, Tapper asked O'Rourke if he agreed with fellow 2020 candidate Julian Castro who called for the repeal of the law that makes it a crime to enter the United States illegally.

"I don't know if it should be repealed, Jake. But I think it should be acknowledged that most of those who are arriving at our border right now are actually from Central America, they are at their most desperate and vulnerable moment, and they pose no threat or harm to this country," O'Rourke replied.

Pat asserted that Americans are threatened when there is no way of knowing who is coming across the border by the thousands.

Tapper asked O'Rourke to clarify if he believed the law that criminalized entering the country illegally should remain in place.

O'Rourke stated that he did not think the law should be repealed, then went on to explain why. Watch the video below for more.
