'Someone needs a snack and a nap': David Hogg's courtroom TANTRUM gets mocked on Twitter

Professional gun fearer David Hogg popped up during Wednesday's congressional hearing on gun control and did what emotionally unstable activists do — he made a scene.

Predictably, Hogg rose to his feet and declared before the committee, "You are perpetuating violence … stop these things now!" He was promptly escorted from the room.

David Hogg is a survivor of the 2018 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida , which, obviously, makes him an expert on gun violence.

Twitter had some rather poignant opinions on the matter, noting that people with jobs don't have time to attention-seek the way Hogg seems to. Another tweet poked fun at Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for the publicity stunt she pulled earlier in the week when she pretended to be placed in handcuffs during a pro-abortion rally.

"At least he didn't pretend to be arrested on the way out," the tweeter commented.
