Glenn Beck was joined in "The Vault" by David Barton and Tim Barton of WallBuilders, and Matt Hayes to open never-before-seen D-Day artifacts. The anniversary of this fateful day marking the landing of Allied forces to combat Nazi Germany is June 6.
D-Day was referred to as Operation Overlord by American forces, but Operation B.I.G.O.T. in the British. It stood for British Invasion German Occupied Territory. David Barton explained that both nations chose names that meant nothing to German intelligence.
He then handed Glenn carefully preserved documents -- the final approved plans for D-Day with information about the German fleet and some astounding technology for the time. The Allies also included contingency plans for every imaginable eventuality.
