Don Lemon's embarrassing anti-prayer, anti-gun monologue

Progressives just can't help themselves, especially CNN host Don Lemon. As soon as tragedy struck First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, progressives were quick to dismiss prayer and mocked those online who called for prayer for the victims.

Don read a series of Tweets from several Republicans after the shooting and mocked their prayer requests along with current gun laws. "Thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayer," he sneered.

"Thoughts and prayers did not stop an oversite from the justice system which enabled a guy who attacked his stepson and assaulted his wife from getting a gun," he said. He later attacked God for not protecting God-fearing Christians in church and questioned why God would allow such a horrendous tragedy to occur in the first place. "That is just an absolute misunderstanding of the way God works," Pat quipped. "He is not a puppeteer."

Pat played the clip on air and railed against Don's self-righteous sermon on religion and gun control. Check out what Pat had to say in the clip.
