Mercury Museum proudly presents another relic of the past: The torch of the 1972 Munich Olympic Games.
These games are forever blemished by the tragedy of the Munich Massacre, where eleven Israeli team members and one German police officer were murdered by a Palestinian terrorist group known as Black September.
It wasn't until the 2016 Summer Olympics that the International Olympic Committee officially honored the victims.
