Former Homeland Security agent takes on ISIS and child sex traffickers
December 06, 2017
Tim Ballard, CEO and founder of Operation Underground Railroad, joined Pat Gray today to discuss what his organization is doing to combat the persecution of Christians in the Middle East, child sex trafficking rings in Haiti and illegal organ harvesting.
Tim was just named CEO of the Nazarene Fund by Glenn Beck last month. The Nazarene Fund is dedicated to fighting for the lives of Christians persecuted in the Middle East, and despite what college professors and progressives tell you on progressive campuses, Christianity remains the most persecuted religion in the world. According to Open Doors World Watch, a Christian advocacy group, the top 10 countries for persecuted Christians in 2017 were:
- North Korea
- Somalia
- Afghanistan
- Pakistan
- Sudan
- Syria
- Iraq
- Iran
- Yemen
- Eritrea
Tim shared some insight into how the operations work and how his organization managed to save 20 children on Super Bowl Sunday, the largest human trafficking week of the year.
