Maxine Waters becomes unglued after Mike Kelly says 'Make America Great Again' in fiery showdown

Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) found himself in a heated exchange with Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) on the House floor last week over race and discrimination within the automotive industry. The assertion made by Waters was that the industry discriminates against women and people of color to which Kelly took issue with.

Kelly is the owner of a car dealership and didn't appreciate Waters disparaging auto dealers and the millions employed in the industry.

“We’re talking about thousands upon thousands of auto dealers and millions of people who work in the industry, and making a broad statement that these are people who discriminate against non-white buyers,” Kelly told Fox Business on Saturday. "This is absolutely preposterous.”

The argument began ahead of a vote over whether or not lawmakers will repeal a law implemented under Obama that protects consumers from discriminatory automobile dealers.
