School suspends students for gun-range photo: 'Since when can schools control what you do at home?

Two New Jersey high school students were given five days of in-school suspension after they posted pictures on social media of completely legal firearms at a private gun range.

According to the school's handbook, students can be suspended for up to a year, if they are "reported to be in possession of a weapon of any type, for any reason or purpose, whether on or off school grounds."

"When was it okay for schools to control what you do at home?" said Pat in the clip above. "It had nothing to do with the school. That's outrageous ... it's a constitutional right."

Glenn Beck, Pat Gray, Doc Thompson, Stu Burguiere and show host Sara Gonzales react to the story on “The News and Why it Matters.”
