Watch: 'A time to mourn': Glenn reacts to tragic loss of 26 lives in Texas
November 06, 2017
Evil and good have always been at war. The shooting in Sutherland Springs, Texas on Sunday morning is only the latest example.
On today’s show, Glenn talked about the gunman’s attack on worshippers at First Baptist Church that left 26 people dead and at least 20 wounded. Gun control advocates have already started pushing for more laws to control purchasing and carrying guns because of the incident, which marked the deadliest mass shooting in Texas history. But they don’t seem to realize that the problem isn’t one that can be fixed through legislation.
“The clamor has already started,” Glenn said. “The reality that you probably won’t hear in those debates is this was not a winnable fight. You can’t legislate the human heart.”
