Why was this NSA leaker arrested but Hillary Clinton was not?

NSA contractor Reality Leigh Winner was arrested Saturday on suspicion of leaking classified information, and her alleged espionage seems to be politically motivated. Winner “printed and improperly removed” reports with classified information and kept the documents, later sending them by mail to a news website, the Department of Justice described in a statement.

“How is this any different from what Hillary Clinton did with her emails?” Mike Broomhead asked while guest-hosting Tuesday’s “The Glenn Beck Radio Program.”

While Winner’s leak appears to be different due to political motivation and the intentional leak, it still entailed sending classified information illegally, similar to what Clinton did with her infamous private email server, Mike explained.

“There’s no difference in walking out of a room … or digitally sending something on an unsecured server,” Mike said.
