The Clinton Foundation has recently come under fire for questionable activities. Most notably, the foundation’s financial dealings and it’s “charitable” donations have been scrutinized because of the appearance that the Clintons have profited personally.
I interviewed two-time number one New York Times bestselling author Dr. Jerome Corsi on my show, Stand For Truth Radio, to get his opinion about the Clinton Foundation. Corsi recently wrote a book about the Clinton Foundation titled, “Partners in Crime: The Clintons’ Scheme To Monetize The White House For Personal Profit.”
In his book, Corsi exposes how the Clintons “amassed hundreds of millions of dollars in personal net worth, while building a $2 billion empire in the Clinton Foundation.”

“Basically the Clintons have not stated correctly the amount of money they have received or disbursed. They’ve hidden money. They’ve reorganized corporate structures...The financial records of the Clinton Foundation since inception are an obvious criminal fraud,” Corsi said.
“The charge that is easiest to prove is that the Clintons used the foundation to enrich themselves,” Corsi added.
Corsi says that this criminal fraud can be proven by searching the audited financial statements of the Clinton Foundation “since inception and by examining the regulatory filings.”
Corsi has even brought into question the legitimacy of some of the actions taken by the foundation. He pointed out that the foundation has undergone several name changes since it originally began and additionally has set up various subgroups, seemingly without following proper legal channels in order to claim non-profit status.
“The original foundation was the William J. Clinton Foundation created for the presidential library. It evolved, morphed into the Clinton Foundation…then it morphed into the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation. They have set up various subgroups which are questionable as to their legal status,” Corsi said.
“The Clinton Foundation never went to the IRS and got a determination letter …to declare a new purpose of charitable giving” for the various “subgroups or initiative” according to Corsi.
As a result, because legal documentation was never filed to make these subgroups a corporation, “the financials are all consolidated and you can’t tell where the money is coming in” for the various initiatives, Corsi said.
He said further, because you can’t tell from which subgroup or initiative the money is coming, “These confusions permit the Clintons to do a form of accounting that becomes so convoluted that you can’t undo it or get behind it.”
“You get these audited financial reports that have lump sum amounts that are just plopped into the financial…the detail in the Clinton financials are non-existent and the numbers don’t reconcile with any of the press releases of how much was pledged or contributed to the Clinton Foundation. This is the kind of shoddy accounting that you would expect from a third rate grifter or con artist which would be immediately red flagged by the IRS or state attorney’s general if anybody was paying any attention but since it’s the Clinton’s they don’t get scrutinized,” said Corsi.
“You look at the financials and you say basically there is no way to sort them out,” Corsi said.
“Then the Clintons restate their financials. You don’t get a redo on an audited financial statement,” Corsi said. However, Corsi concluded, the Clintons have “repeatedly” been allowed to refile their financials.
Will an investigation of the Clinton Foundation ever result in any legal consequences? Will the media assist in spreading the truth about the foundation?
“Every investigation ends, on the Clintons ever done, ends up like the Whitewater investigation did and that is with indictments being written at the Department of Justice only to have it called off at top levels,” Corsi said.
Corsi also says the media gives the Clintons a pass on their foundation activities because they feel “Since it’s doing all this good, the mainstream says why would we bother to ask questions, like was it ever incorporated, did it ever get IRS approval to raise money for these purposes, what’s the accounting of the money that’s raised, where did it go?”
“The Clintons get a constant pass. The mainstream media and the media in general treat the Clintons as if they were privileged royalty,” Corsi said.
