Rand Paul Stomper Now Wants Apology From Stompee

"She's a professional at what she does..."

Tim Profitt, the former Rand Paul volunteer who stepped on the head of MoveOn.org activist Lauren Valle at a recent Paul event and apologized for it, now wants an apology from the women he stomped.

"I don't think it's that big of a deal," Profitt told local Kentucky TV station WKYT. "I would like for her to apologize to me to be honest with you."

Profitt's apology request stems from his accusation that Valle started the scuffle when she tried to confront Paul: "She's a professional at what she does, and I think when all the facts come out, I think people will see that she was the one that initiated the whole thing."

Interestingly, WKYT's reports claims that Valle was following detailed instructions from MoveOn.org's website, which instructed activists how to garner media attention for political stunts.

Profitt was fired from his local position on the Paul campaign and police have issued a criminal summons for him.
