A self-exiled Russian man who once had himself crucified in the name of artistic freedom is now is staging another controversial stunt: he's hooked himself up to an electric chair and is letting online voters shock him.
Oleg Mavromatti is once again hoping to draw attention to what he calls censorship issues in Russia. "This is a test about how society interprets freedom," he told the English-speaking Russian news outlet RT, "do they want to use it to save or to kill?"
