Charlie Sheen Tells Radio Host: Stay Off Crack (Unless You Can Handle It)
February 14, 2011
Actor Charlie Sheen may be ready to return to work after his latest infamous bender, but CBS is apparently not ready to take him back.
In an interview with "The Dan Patrick Show" Monday, Sheen said he showed up at the CBS lot to resume production on his show Two and a Half Men, but producers locked him out and have announced filming will be suspended. Ouch.
In another bizarre twist, Sheen tells host Dan Patrick to "go for it," encouraging him to use crack if he's one of the few people Sheen says can "manage it." (I'm assuming Sheen counts himself as one of these rare superhumans.)
“(There have been) rumors that I’ve had problems with crack, so it just came out of me like poetry. … [I] said stay off the crack, and I still think that’s pretty good advice, unless you can manage it socially, Dan. If you can manage it socially, then go for it, but not a lot of people can," Sheen said.
