Biden Caught Napping During Obama Budget Speech?

You know, I didn't find Obama's budget speech this afternoon too riveting. He was late (again) and spoke for almost an hour. And in the end, he trumpeted an old argument (raise taxes on the "rich") for a new budget battle. But hey, at least I stayed awake for the whole thing. Apparently, though, the same thing can't be said for Vice President Joe Biden. Cameras caught him appearing to doze off during the speech:

That has to be especially frustrating for the president considering he singled out Biden for an "atta boy" at the beginning of the speech.
