...one of the FBI's most wanted fugitives
Former mob boss James "Whitey" Bulger has been on the run for 16 years. As a result, he remains one of the FBI's most wanted fugitives. The Boston-bred mobster is said to have "a violent temper" and is wanted for 19 murders. Now, the United States' top law enforcement agency has come up with a unique new initiative to attempt to find him.
Starting today, the FBI began airing a PSA that officials hope will catch women's attention. Instead of focusing on Bulger, authorities have chosen to seek his girlfriend, Catherine Greig, out. Officials hope that the PSA, which offers a $100,000 reward for Greig, will lead to some viable tips on Bulger's whereabouts.
