It wouldn’t be a conversation about Occupy Wall Street if there wasn’t an inflammatory comment about the cops being made. But how do the cops really feel? Do they agree with the movement?
Well—typically they’re not allowed to say anything—and trust me, I’ve asked.
Officer Mangan of the NYPD broke the long awaited silence yesterday at an Occupy Wall Street solidarity event taking place in Washington Square Park. What he said might be surprising to some of the more diehard OWS-ers. .
When asked how he felt about what's been going on, he said simply, “Enough is enough.”
