"Who is America's greatest president?" That was the ultimate question asked by a recent Gallup poll that placed Ronald Reagan, followed by Honest Abe Lincoln, top of the list among Americans.
Prior to discussing the poll's findings on "The O'Reilly Factor" Wednesday evening, host Bill O'Reilly aired a "Watters' World" segment in which producer Jesse Watters revealed just what, exactly, average city-goers known (or more pointedly, don't know) about presidents from the distant and not so-distant past.
