On Fox and Friends Thursday morning, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said the news that Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum basically tied for first place in the Iowa Caucuses doesn't change anything about the race.
"[It means] absolutely nothing. We’ll never know who exactly won that race, especially with eight precincts not ever reporting. Why that is, they eat the ballots?" Christie said. "In the end, they’ll be writing about it in the context did President Romney win Iowa the first time? I don’t think anybody will care."
Romney was initially declared the winner of the Caucuses. Christie endorsed Romney in October last year.
