Real News From The Blaze:' Congress Back in Session...But Will the Fiscal Cliff Be Addressed?

This week credit rating agency Moody’s threatened to follow Standard & Poor’s and downgrade the United States’s credit rating unless something substantive was done about the looming fiscal cliff before 2013. With Congress back in session this week, POLITICO reports that a “Gang of Eight” is meeting to come to some compromise to set up a process that would force Congress to act to diminish the debt, but sadly, it appears that top leaders in Washington still seem more satisfied with pointing fingers rather than serious negotiations.
