Wheel of Fortune' Host Pat Sajak Cracks Subtle Obama Joke During Show

On Wednesday's edition of "Wheel of Fortune," host Pat Sajak seemingly jabbed at President Barack Obama ever-so sneakily over the president's now infamous "you didn't build that" remarks.

After a contestant named "John" successfully guessed the phrase "A Thriving Business" in the "Thing" category, Sajak delivered his quip:

"Did you build that?" he asked the contestant before quickly moving on. It is unclear whether the contestant or the audience caught the joke.

"Our big winner -- $13,000! John! John!" Sajak said.

To be sure, Sajak is one of those rare Hollywood conservatives you hear about from time to time. The host was extremely critical of Obama when he initially told America "you didn't build that." Here's what he said about the comments back in July:

"It's as if President Obama climbed into a tank, put on his helmet, talked about how his foray into Cambodia was seared in his memory, looked at his watch, misspelled 'potato' and pardoned Richard Nixon all in the same day. It's fun to imagine the hand-wringing that must be going on within the White House as staffers try to figure out how to undo the damage their boss has done with his anti-entrepenurial riff. Defining moments in politics are strange beasts. Sometimes they're only recognized in hindsight, while sometimes they throw the train off the tracks before a sentence has been completed. Sometimes their effect can be contained and minimized, while sometimes their effect on the political narrative mestastasizes. This one is very bad for the White House."
