Biden Promises to 'Give You the Whole Load Today'...Whatever That Means

Vice President Joe Biden promised to give supporters at a campaign rally "the whole load" Wednesday -- something they apparently say in his business.
"As they say in my business, I'm going to give you the whole load today," Biden said in Sarasota, Fla.
CBS News' Peter Maer captured the second half of the quote: "I'm going to give you the whole load today because I'm frustrated with these guys."
