You all know it means to “photobomb” someone, right? It’s when an otherwise normal looking photo is “bombed” by someone either in the foreground or the background making a weird face or acting strangely.
For example, this is a “photobomb”:

That being understood, a “videobomb” is the same thing: An otherwise normal video that has been "bombed" by an uninvited guest.
The following video of a KVUE-TV reporter in downtown Austin, Texas, is a perfect example:
