"Being extra cautious."

Former President George H.W. Bush remains in a Houston hospital one month after being admitted for a bronchitis-related cough.
A Houston Methodist Hospital spokesman said in a statement Sunday that no discharge date has been set, but doctors remain optimistic the 88-year-old Bush will make a full recovery. He is in stable condition.
"His doctors feel he should build up his energy before going home," hospital spokesman George Kovacik said. "They remain optimistic about his full recovery and are being extra cautious with his care."
A Bush spokesman said last week the former president could be released in time for Christmas. He entered the hospital the day after Thanksgiving on Nov. 23.
