Never Gets Old: U.S. Marine Welcomed Home by His Ridiculously Excited Dog After a Year Overseas

"I love you Callie bear"

A video posted on YouTube by the Welcome Home Blog earlier this week captures the heartwarming moment of one U.S. Marine's homecoming. He was not only greeted by his family, but also his very excited dog, Callie. The dog spins in circles, wags her tail and basically goes bonkers at seeing Beau, the U.S. Marine.

"I love you Callie bear," the Marine says in the video.

"My son, Beau, has been away for over a year and he has not been home since Christmas 2011. Our dog, Callie, has been growing suspicious since I've been cleaning out his room for the past month preparing for his homecoming," the video's description reads. "Today was the day he came home, and this was her reaction to seeing him for the first time in over a year. She was so excited she didn't know what to do!"

Watch the touching video below. It's OK if you cry.
