The strangest part of Michelle Obama's 'tearing up' remarks

I watched the video of Mrs. Obama speaking on gun control in Chicago and noticed an odd moment. Watch it again and pay particular attention at 2:09:

In the middle of "tearing up," the first lady actually cracks a little smile...

A sure way to know if you watch too much television is when reality starts to reflect fiction.  That said, this moment totally reminded me of an old episode of "Burn Notice" and superspy Michael Westen's famous tactical tips:

When dealing with a pathological liar, don’t bother looking for signs of a guilty conscience. True deceivers enjoy the lie.
