Shepard Smith speculates Boston Marathon explosions are result of 'terrorist attack

Fox News Anchor Shepard Smith made the leap just before 4 p.m. ET Monday regarding the two explosions at the Boston Marathon. "It appears from the facts before our eyes, the witness's statements, the video that we've seen this afternoon that we are in the midst of some sort of terrorist attack," he said.

He added, "It is not a guess that somebody set two separate explosions. That doesn't happen. That's a fact."
