Are You Kidding Me?': Monica Crowley Calls Out Dem Activist for 'Going to Bush' During Debate on White House Scandals

"I’m going to Bush!"

Filling in for Fox News host Bill O'Reilly Friday night, Monica Crowley sparred with former South Carolina Democratic Chairman Dick Harpootlian over the legitimacy of the multiple scandals plaguing the White House.

Crowley criticized President Barack Obama for not coming out publicly and laying out all the facts to prove his administration's innocence in the scandals.

"If I were a president who was innocent of all of the charges and allegations against me, then I would be shouting this from the roof tops. This president has not gone before the American people, say, call a primetime press conference, as presidents once did, lay it all out," Crowley said. "But then I thought he cannot really do that. That only works if you’re not guilty."

Harpootlian later sought to distract from the Obama administration by bringing up former President George W. Bush.

“Let’s put this in an historical context, did they ever find those weapons of mass destruction?" he asked.

“Are you kidding me? You’re really going to Bush right now?" a perplexed Crowley responded. "You’re really going to do that? Really?"

"I’m going to Bush," Harpootlian added.

"Well, that speaks volumes right there," Crowley said.
