It's only fitting that this news comes on the day President Obama is out on the road talking about how great the nation's economy is. A federal judge today rebuffed a Michigan judge's ruling from earlier this week that said Detroit's bankruptcy claim was unconstitutional and failed to "honor" President Obama.
