Coulter calls Christie-Paul feud a 'b*tch fight

On Fox News' Hannity Thursday night, conservative author Ann Coulter offered up a theory on the tiff between New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.).

"The reason Chris Christie started this little bitch-fight is to distract from the fact that he had his senate nominee vote for amnesty," she said.

Coulter was referring to Jeffrey Chiesa (R) who was appointed by Christie to be an interim Senate seat holder before an election for the seat is held in October.

Chisea did vote to pass an immigration reform bill, which offers a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants.

Christie and Paul have been publicly arguing over the last week. Christie started the back-and-forth when he criticized Paul for his opposition to federal surveillance programs.
