The Pasadena City College (PCC) professor famous for teaching a "Navigating Pornography" course appeared to have an odd public meltdown on Twitter over the weekend, tweeting out shocking messages about gay sex, porn stars, and even admitting he was "never qualified" to teach gender studies courses at the school.

History Professor Hugo Schwyzer, who recently said criticism over his controversial course forced him to enter psychological rehab, also tweeted Friday about his fantasy to have his students watch him engage in gay sex with porn star James Deen.

"Yes, I wanted to have my students watch me screw James Deen," he tweeted about the porn star he invited to his class in March to speak.

In another tweet, Schwyzer claimed he had used his class in the past as a way to find sexual partners.

"I fu**ed porn stars I met through my classes," he tweeted.

Tweet Due to the explicit nature of this tweet, TheBlaze chose to redact a portion of it.

In yet another, he claimed he once tried to kill his ex.

Campus Reform's Josiah Ryan has more, explaining that Schwyzer says he has a "serious mental illness":

In the remarkable stream of more than 130 tweets on Friday, Schwyzer also confessed to sexting a different porn star, having sexual relations with his female students, and sometimes having sex in order to gain promotion at the college.

“Sometimes, I [fu**ed] my way into a gig,” he tweeted.

Schwyzer offered the disclaimer that the tweets were the product of a “manic episode” he was experiencing.

“Let me be clear: I have a serious mental illness.  But that is an explanation, not an excuse, for the harm I've inflicted,” he wrote.

PCC administrators, meanwhile, have condemned some of Schwyzer’s actions, but fallen short of firing him.

A spokesperson for PCC had not been provided for comment to TheBlaze by the time of publication.

In other tweets, Schwyzer appeared to apologize for his former actions and discussed his mental illness and drug addiction:
