"I'll tell you what I think..."
MSNBC host Ed Schultz briefly waded into theology on Wednesday, telling viewers what he believes God thinks of Obamacare.
"I'll tell you what I think God thinks of the Affordable Care Act," Schultz said. "It's a big amen!"
He made the comment during his show's "Ask Ed Live" segment when a viewer asked, "Would you interview Michele Bachmann and find out what God says we should do about [the Affordable Care Act]?"
Schultz said that he doesn't believe Bachmann would do an interview with him, but he did share the first question he'd ask the Minnesota Republican representative.
"My first question would be about the … possible ethics violation that she's being investigated for. I don't think she wants to answer that," he said.
Bachmann has been scoffed at in the past for saying that God informs her decisions, including whether she should have made her bid for the White House. She's facing continuing scrutiny over allegations that she violated campaign finance law during her short-lived presidential campaign.
