Brit Hume: 'best thing' about House GOP budget deal 'is that it's too small

Fox News analyst Brit Hume, who seems to at least somewhat approve of the House Republicans' federal budget plan that has angered many conservative groups:

The best thing about the budget deal for GOP is that it's too small to do much harm, and it gets GOP around another shutdown gift to POTUS.
