From a White House pool report filed Monday by the Daily Caller's Paul Connor, who was covering President Obama's trip to a local Washington, D.C., food bank in honor of MLK Day:
[Obama] said that they were here to celebrate the kitchen's 25th anniversary. ..."I just want to thank everybody here for the great work they do," he said.
He made small talk, but nothing of note, really.
At one point, he shouted down the line that they were running out of burritos. He joked that he was "very proud" of Sasha [Obama]'s technique. He also answered a question about what's going in the burritos, saying it was either lamb or beef, before settling on beef.
