Radio Host Confronts Lawmaker Who Called Black Supreme Court Justice ‘Uncle Tom’ – He Got the Opposite of an Apology

"A black man allow himself to be used to carry the message of a white man..."

Conservative radio host David Webb confronted Alabama state Rep. Alvin Holmes (D) over his remarks attacking Justice Clarence Thomas as an “Uncle Tom” and got the opposite of an apology or a clarification.

“Justice Clarence Thomas on the United States Supreme Court is an Uncle Tom,” Holmes said when asked if he stands by his comments. “A black man allow himself to be used to carry the message of a white man, which is against the interest of black people in America, in my opinion that is an Uncle Tom.”

Holmes then reiterated that Thomas is indeed a “very prolific Uncle Tom.”
