Even though a large coalition of professional news organizations released an ad last week calling on the U.S. Supreme Court to allow in video cameras to record oral arguments, CNN's Jeffrey Toobin is doubtful it'll make a difference because of Jon Stewart and "The Daily Show."
"They (the justices) don’t want to be made fun of on 'The Daily Show,'” Toobin said on CNN Monday. “They don’t want to have their behavior, their questions, their public performance open to public scrutiny."
